I cannot accept any responsibility for losses or costs incurred for a cancellation of your booking. If rescheduling due to illness, please ensure you are symptom free for 48 hours before making a new booking. If I have to cancel your appointment for any reason other than a government lock downs you will receive a full refund and 10% off your next booking when less then 24 hours notice is given.
