Service Area:

 

The advertised prices for all treatments are applicable for Birmingham and surrounding areas, including

Bromsgrove, Cannock, Dudley, Litchfield, Redditch, Sandwell, Solihull, Tamworth, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

If you are located outside the service area please contact me with your full post code for a

no obligation quote before booking online.

Your Current Health & Well Being:

If you are feeling unwell, currently on any medication, had any surgery in the last year or ever had any cancers, strokes, diabetes, high / low blood pressure or thrombosis please seek medical advice prior to booking.

Covid 19:

If you are, share the same household with or care for anyone who is self isolating, deemed as at risk by the NHS, experiencing any symptoms including cold, flu, new persistent cough, high temperature, fever, recent loss of taste / smell or respiratory type symptoms I am unfortunately unable to visit. 

CI can not treat anyone who has arrived in the UK in the last 10 days, regardless of country visited.

Booking:

Online booking required for all new clients.

Clients will be asked for a 50% deposit to secure most bookings,

some sessions require 100% payment on booking.

Balances can be paid on the day by cash, credit card, android / apple pay

or prior to the visit by bank transfer / payment link if preferred.

Payment Links hold your slot for 60 minutes, after that it is released back into the system for others to book. Please contact me to check your slot is still available before paying if 60 mins has elapsed. 

If having a full body treatment  the venue must have space to accommodate the massage table and therapist working area (total approx 7 x 3 feet) sessions can only be carried out on a massage table or chair.

Cancellations:

I appreciate life can throw in the odd curve ball and plans sometimes have to change. I will of course work with you as much as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your session, however please understand that late reschedules and cancellations are costly to me and can prevent other customers from getting an appointment, therefore some charges do apply for certain reschedules & cancellations.

Pets:

Pets tend to be attracted to the tempting scents in my kit bag.

I have a robust cleaning and sanitising system in place

which includes disinfecting the entire kit prior to visiting you.

To help keep pets safe it would be great if they

are not in the same room during your treatment.
