    All savings are based on individual full priced sessions.
    Monthly Plans are designed to be a flexible way to book regular sessions at a favourable price.

    Bookings are made by you online each month.

    You manage your plan, I am unable to remind customers to book.

    If you are unable to find a suitable slot, please let me know.

    You can book in advance by selecting "use plan later or pay on day" payment options.

    You can manage / reschedule your booking online also.

    No shows are non refundable & non transferable.

    You will not be credited / refunded for any missed sessions.

    The standard 15 minute wait time applies.

    Monthly payments are by direct debit / automated card payment.

    You can cancel your plan at anytime.

    If cancelled early, no refunds are given.

    A 14 day cooling off period applies from the sign up date.

    If you cancel within your cooling off period and do not intend on using your plan,

    please email hello@mmmbirmingham.com to request a refund.

    If cancelling outside the cooling off period, please ensure all sessions are taken before cancelling a plan.

    Reward points credited during plan may be amended if plan is cancelled early.

    If you cancel your plan early any advance treatments taken but not yet covered with a payment will be charged at full price.

    3 month wait is required before buying a new plan if cancelled early.

    Accrued / unused sessions must be taken within 30 days of plan expiring.

    Plan members enjoy 15% discount on MMM Retail.

    No price rises guaranteed during your plan.
