Treatment Plans

Please read before buying a Treatment Plan.

All savings are based on individual full priced sessions.
Treatment Plans are designed to be a flexible way to book regular sessions at a favourable price.

Bookings are made by you online..

You manage your plan, I am unable to remind customers to book.

You can pause monthly plans for upto 1 month in total - this may extend the life of your plan.

Paused plans exceeding 30 days may be cancelled.

If you are unable to find a suitable slot, please let me know.

You can manage / reschedule your booking online.

No shows are non refundable & non transferable.

You will not be credited / refunded for any missed sessions.

Rollover of unused sessions is not permitted.

The standard 15 minute wait time applies.

Monthly payments are by direct debit / automated card payment.

You can cancel your plan at anytime.

If cancelled early, no refunds are given.

A 14 day cooling off period applies from the sign up date.

If you cancel within your cooling off period and do not intend on using your plan,

please email hello@mmmbirmingham.com to request a refund.

If cancelling outside the cooling off period, please ensure all sessions are taken before cancelling a plan.

Reward points credited during your plan may be amended if plan is cancelled early.

Reward points will be used  for any discounted sessions taken during your plan if you cancel early.

All rewards points are frozen for 90 days if a plan is cancelled early to allow amendments to be actioned.

If you cancel your plan early any advance treatments taken but not yet covered with a payment will be charged at full price.

3 month wait is required before buying a new plan if cancelled early.

All sessions must be taken before your treatment plan expires.

No price rises guaranteed during your plan.
